At CE Global Private Equity, our investment approach is built around identifying opportunities where capital, experience and strategic insight can contribute to meaningful long-term value creation.
Since our establishment in 2020, we have worked alongside companies, investors, management teams and other stakeholders across a range of transactions and stages of corporate development. Each opportunity presents its own objectives, challenges and market conditions, requiring an investment approach shaped around the circumstances of the individual business.
Our Investment Case Studies provide selected examples of this experience, offering an insight into the opportunities we have supported, the rationale behind our involvement and the outcomes achieved.
Experience Across the Investment Lifecycle
The case studies presented within this section illustrate selected transactions from across our investment experience. Depending upon the circumstances of each opportunity, our involvement may encompass:

- acquisition and transaction financing;
- corporate development initiatives;
- investment ahead of liquidity events;
- public-market transitions; and

Each case study examines the transaction individually, including the background to the opportunity, the investment rationale, the role undertaken by CE Global Private Equity and, where appropriate, the subsequent financial or strategic outcome.
Measuring More Than Capital
Financial performance is naturally an important component of investment success, and our case studies include relevant transaction and performance information where appropriate.
However, financial returns represent only one part of the investment story.
We also consider the broader development of the underlying business, including its ability to execute its strategy, strengthen its market position, access new sources of capital and successfully progress towards significant corporate milestones.
By presenting the wider context surrounding each transaction, our case studies are intended to provide a more meaningful view of our investment experience than performance figures viewed in isolation.
